How To Play

Objective

The goal of the game is to select Pokémon strategically in a 3x3 grid based on specific characteristics. Build your grid to maximize your score!

Instructions

1. Grid Setup:

   • The game board consists of a 3x3 grid.
   • Each row and column has a specific characteristic (e.g., Pokémon type, generation, evolution stage).

2. Selecting Pokémon:

   • Click on an empty grid cell to open the Pokémon search.
   • Search and select a Pokémon that fits the given row and column characteristics.
   • Pokémon can only be selected once in the entire grid.

3. Scoring:

   • Your score is based on the percentage of players who selected the same Pokémon in that specific grid.
   • The lower the score the better!
   • Try to select Pokémon that are unique and not commonly chosen.

4. Completing the Grid:

   • Fill all 9 cells in the grid with unique Pokémon to complete the round.
   • Once the grid is complete, your score will be submitted.

5. Post-Game Statistics:

   • After completing the grid, view post-game statistics, including the most submitted Pokémon.

Tips

• Strategic Selection:

  • Consider the characteristics of each row and column to maximize your score.
  • Be mindful of Pokémon popularity to avoid common selections.

• Quick Searches:

  • Utilize the search feature in the Pokémon selection modal to quickly find and select Pokémon.

• Post-Game Insights:

  • Check the post-game statistics to see which Pokémon were most submitted by players.
